We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring your satisfaction. Please take note of the following terms and conditions that govern your purchases with us:
- Product Availability and Pricing
Availability: We make every effort to ensure that all products displayed in our shop or listed on our website are available for purchase. However, product availability is subject to change and certain items may become temporarily or permanently out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will inform you promptly if any products you have ordered are unavailable.
Pricing: All prices displayed for our products are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing information, we reserve the right to modify prices at any time and without prior notice. Please note that any changes in price will be communicated to you before the final confirmation of your order to ensure transparency and your informed decision-making.
- Payment Policy
We offer multiple convenient payment options for your purchases, including cash, credit/debit cards, and juice payments. Please note that payment is required at the time of purchase, unless there is a prior written agreement stating otherwise.
- Credit facilities
For customers interested in making purchases on credit, we provide the option to apply for credit facilities through Cim Finance. To facilitate the process, there is a dedicated Cim Finance counter available in our shop. Customers who wish to apply for credit should first request a credit quotation from our Sales team.
Cim Finance is not part of our company. They are a separate legal entity offering credit facilities to individuals.
- Pick Up, Home Delivery and Installation
We offer customers two delivery options for their convenience:
Pick up at our warehouse:
- Customers can choose to personally pick up their purchased products at our store.
- To ensure a smooth process, customers are required to present a valid invoice when collecting their items.
Home Delivery:
- We provide home delivery and installation services for specific products.
- For a total sales value of Rs 10,000 or more, delivery and installation are complimentary.
- If the sales value is below Rs 10,000, a fixed fee of Rs 500 will be charged for delivery and installation.
- Customers also have the option to select delivery services only, available at a fixed fee of Rs 250.
- Our dedicated delivery team will handle your purchased items with the utmost care and ensure they are safely delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner.
Here are some additional details regarding our home delivery service:
- Delivery Timeframe: You can expect your products to be delivered within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase.
- Delivery Address: We will deliver to the address specified by the customer during the purchase process. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
- Delivery Schedule: While we make every effort to deliver on the agreed date, please note that delivery may be subject to factors beyond our control. Our delivery team will contact you to advise your delivery schedule.
- Operating hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
Saturday - 8.30 am - 12.00pm
Sunday and Public Holiday - Closed
- Unavailability during Delivery: If you are unavailable at the specified delivery time, our delivery team will reschedule the delivery according to our delivery plan. They will reach out to you to arrange a new delivery time.
- Cancellation, Returns and Exchange
If your order has been paid but not yet delivered, the order can still be cancelled upon your request. Please contact our Sales team for more information on how to proceed.
Customers must verify and test their purchased products upon delivery. Signing the delivery note means that the customer has acknowledged that the received product is in good condition.
We accept return or exchange of products within 15 days of delivery date for decorative items only. Our products will not be refundable once sold. To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in good condition, unused and in its original packaging with the price tag. The original invoice of Conforama Maurice must be accompanied with the returned product.
- Warranty and Exclusions
Conforama Maurice shall provide a warranty cover on its electronic products for the period mentioned on the warranty card or invoice and shall be valid as from the invoice date.
The electronic products sold in our showroom are subject to the warranty cover guaranteed by our supplier (foreign or local) and the warranty period varies. The warranty period for electronic products shall be at least 1 year from the invoice date, depending on the brand, and at least 6 months for the spare parts.
We strongly recommend that customers follow all manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines when using our products.
The warranty cover shall be limited to manufacturing defects only and our obligation shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product or spare part.
Repair of defective products or parts shall be performed by the authorised service centre only. In case of any attempt on the defective product by the customer or any other unauthorised third party, the warranty cover shall be voided.
Warranty shall only be applicable upon presentation of a proof of purchase (original invoice). The warranty cover is non-transferable.
In order to benefit from the warranty cover, the customer must bring the defective product to the showroom or to the authorised service centre to log a service request. In case of non-portable products, the customer must call the showroom or the authorised service centre to log an outdoor service request.
For mobile phones and IT products, it is the customer’s responsibility to back up the data and files prior to remitting the product for repairs. We or the service centre shall not be liable for the loss of any data on the mobile phone or IT product during repairs.
The warranty cover shall be subject to, but not limited to, the following exclusions:
- Accessories are not covered under warranty.
- Normal tear and wear.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or rust.
- Attempted repair by the customer or any unauthorised third party.
- Abuse or misuse of the product by the customer.
- Incorrect installation by the customer and not following the installation and safety instructions.
- Alteration / modification to the product.
- Theft
- Damage caused by force majeur or natural calamities
- After Sales Service
An aftersales service is available on [phone number] or [email] to answer customers’ questions and address any concerns about their product. For electronic products, we have an outsourced authorized service centre. In case of issues with such category of products, customers may log a repair request with us or call in directly with the service centre. Fees shall be applicable depending on the warranty period and conditions.
- Limitation of liability / disclaimer
Usage and Safety: Customers are responsible for using the purchased items in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, guidelines, and safety precautions. We disclaim any liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Product Information: While we make efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability, errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and update information as necessary without prior notice.
Professional Advice: Any advice, recommendations, or suggestions provided by our staff regarding product selection, installation, or maintenance are offered in good faith. However, we cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from the implementation of such advice.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update our sales policy, including the limitations of liability and disclaimer, at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective for all future transactions.
- Customer's responsibility and liability
Proper Use: Customers are responsible for using the purchased items in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, guidelines, and safety precautions. Any misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications of the products may void warranties and could result in damages or injuries for which the customer assumes liability.
Maintenance: Customers should follow the recommended maintenance and care instructions provided by the manufacturer to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the products. Failure to maintain the products properly may result in damages, and customers would be liable for any associated costs.
Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the purchase process, including contact details, billing information, and delivery instructions. Any inaccuracies or omissions that result in additional costs or delivery issues may be the customer's responsibility.
Inspection and Reporting:
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the purchased items, customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the products for any damages, defects, or missing parts.
- Reporting Damages or Issues: Customers should promptly report any damages or issues with the products to the company's designated contact channels. Any issues should be reported to the company within one (1) working day. Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe may limit the company's ability to provide assistance or resolve the matter.
- Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Mobisil Ltd is registered as a data controller with the Data Protection Office. Any personal data collected on our customers is used only for the specific purpose agreed with the customer and is treated with utmost confidentiality. We have a privacy policy and adequate security measures in place.

- Governing Law
The relevant laws of Mauritius will apply to these terms and conditions and the courts of Mauritius will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining terms and conditions. These will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by Mauritian law.
